divorced reality television denizen and tabloid magnet Bruce Jenner, who
may or may not be in the process of switching genders, moved to a
secluded mountain top retreat in Malibu. Several thoughtful informants
have since snitched to Your Mama — and property records certainly
suggest — the gold medal Olympian didn’t just move into the contemporary
residence in question, he bought it for $3.575 million.
Our
research shows the 11-acre-plus spread high above El Pescador State
Beach was last listed for just under $3.9 million and includes an
approximately 3,500 square foot concrete and glass residence built in
2010 with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 360-degree mountain, canyon
and ocean views. Open plan living spaces include a step down living room
