Jennifer Lopez might wear couture on the red carpet, but like she so memorably sings in Jenny from the Block,
she knows where she’s from. Spotted at Burbank Airport in California on
Tuesday,
the 45-year-old wore an oversized white fur coat over a black
sweatsuit. As always, her accessories didn’t disappoint: wedge sneakers
and a pom-pom topped beanie.
Most celebrities shun sweatpants and sweatshirts while traveling
because the paparazzi loves a good travel shot. (This image was most
likely taken with a long-distance camera hundreds of yards away and
photogs even board flights with celebrities just to get a pic of a star
gathering their luggage at baggage claim.) But Lopez doesn’t seem to
care; she takes athleisure to an unprecedentedly glamorous level in her
head-to-toe black and white look.
And the truth is, even bundled up head-to-toe, the “Booty"
singer looks totally hot. Lopez isn’t showing any skin—she’s even
wearing white gym socks—and yet she still looks
can’t-keep-your-eyes-away attractive. While we think the American Idol judge
looks like the fabulous diva she obviously is, it’s a contentious look:
Fur ruffles feathers, and many believe that sweats should never be worn
outside.
